This Privacy Policy describes how Spencer Marley (“we”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Agentic Customer Growth Platform (“the Platform”). This is a demonstration application built for a technical panel presentation and is not intended for public production use.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: Email address and hashed password when you register.
  • Usage data: Agent queries, tool call logs, and interaction history stored to support demo functionality.
  • Technical data: Session cookies required for authentication.

3. How we use your information

  • To authenticate you and maintain your session.
  • To process your queries through the AI agent pipeline.
  • To send transactional emails (OTP codes, account approval notifications).
  • To improve the demo experience.

4. Third-party services

The Platform uses the following third-party services:

  • Anthropic / OpenAI: Your queries are processed by AI language models. Do not enter personally identifiable information in queries.
  • Resend: Used to send transactional emails.
  • LangSmith: Agent execution traces may be logged for observability if analytics cookies are accepted.
  • AWS: The Platform is hosted on AWS Amplify with PostgreSQL on RDS.

5. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

  • session (necessary): Maintains your authenticated session. Expires after 7 days.
  • otp_pending (necessary): Temporary cookie during OTP verification. Expires after 15 minutes.
  • cookie_consent (necessary): Stores your cookie preferences. Expires after 1 year.
  • theme (functional): Remembers your light/dark mode preference.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

6. Data retention

Account data is retained for the duration of the demo period. Agent run logs and interaction history may be deleted at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at the email below.
