1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Agentic Customer Growth Platform (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Permitted use
The Platform is a technical demonstration built for evaluation purposes. Access is granted on invitation only, subject to manual approval. You must not share your credentials or allow others to access the Platform through your account.
3. AI-generated content
The Platform uses large language models (LLMs) to generate responses. All AI-generated content is for demonstration purposes only and must not be relied upon for business, legal, financial, or compliance decisions. Outputs may contain inaccuracies.
4. Human approval requirement
The Platform is designed to require human approval before any customer-facing communication is sent. You must not bypass this governance mechanism. No outreach should be sent to real customers using content generated by this Platform without appropriate review and authorisation.
5. Data and confidentiality
Do not enter real customer names, sensitive personal data, financial data, or confidential business information into the Platform. All CRM data in the Platform is fictional and seeded for demonstration purposes only.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, and code of the Platform is the property of Spencer Marley unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Spencer Marley is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including reliance on AI-generated content.
8. Termination
Access may be revoked at any time without notice. Continued use after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
